The pain in my left arm is 90% gone, allowing for improved mobility and strength. This was accomplished after 3 – 4 Bowen Treatments. My stiff neck improved fairly soon after treatment, but we are working on maintaining the improvement. As of now relief lasts 7 – 10 days. I am most excited about my problem with Fibromyalgia pain being completely gone after treatments 5 and 6. This pain involved a large area of my thighs and appeared stubborn to the Bowen technique. I am so glad Michael and I persisted through the treatments. Also, I have suffered with painful periods and ovulation all of my life. These haunting symptoms yielded and stopped after 2 specifically targeted Bowen treatments. I am amazed at how the Bowen technique is so effective on old ailments that appear to have “settled in” as well as any new injuries or problems.

Running is an important part of my life and over time I had noticed a problem developing in my left side including my foot, hamstring, and groin. My lower back was bothering me as well. After a few sessions of Bowenwork, I began noticing that I was able to run farther before I noticed the usual discomfort and gradually the pain disappeared from all areas, including my back. Bowen therapy has helped me regain my body and I am able to run and live pain free on a daily basis.

During a soccer game I injured my knee, calf, and foot. I tried a Bowen session to gain relief from the pain. During the session my leg felt hot and tingly. Afterwards, the intense pain faded and after a couple of days there was no pain at all and I was able to return to playing soccer.

I came to Michael Schreiber four years ago with a pain in my mid-right back that pain killers would not relieve. After 1 treatment, the pain in my back gradually left. Later, I developed a torn rotator cuff that physical therapy gave minimal relief. Michael did Bowenwork on my shoulder and brought back full range of motion. I carry pain in my right hip from a car accident when I was 5 years old. Bowenwork has practically eliminated that pain. Also, the pain in the right gluteus has never returned. Occasionally, when the pain in my right lower back starts I get treatment immediately and it leaves within 24 hours.

When he introduced me to Bowen Therapy I thought I would give it a try since I had a nagging lower back pain and sore feet. As a client of Michael’s, I have had success in dealing with the aches and pains through massage, but it was only temporary relief. My lower back and hip pain have been an issue for years so I gladly submitted to a session of Bowen therapy. During the session I noticed waves of tingling sensations on my legs that traveled to my feet and the feeling was very relaxing. When the session was over and I was checking out I felt like I was a little taller and I felt better. My back and hips felt different than they did after a massage and I felt more flexible. After several Bowen treatments, I noticed other stiffness and pains(like in my shoulders and feet) had gone away as well. My back and hips are much better on a continuous basis and it is only rarely when I am overdue for a treatment that I notice any discomfort anymore.
